Ningbo Zhongxin Die Casting Mould Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer expertises in aluminum die casting production.  With over 215, 000 square foot floor space, more than 170 employees, 10 professional engineers for R&D, 16 skilled workers for QC. Zhongxin provides a wide range of services including Mould design & fabrication, die casting, CNC machining, surface finishing, secondary processing, leak test, impregnation and sub-assembly.

We utilize advanced testing equipment and CAD / CAM / CAE design software to optimize the design and processing so that the items can be comparable with similar imported products. All items are produced under ISO9001: 2008 and TS16949 certificate.

Zhongxin is equipped with 10 sets of die casting machines (range from 280T to 3,500T), the manipulator can be configured to automatically pick, greatly improving the security and efficiency, the annual production capacity is around 6,000 tons. 41 sets of CNC Machining Centers, can machine all kinds of tools for automobile, motorcycles, gasoline engines, general machinery, electric parts. The annual production capacity can reach 7,000, 000 pcs.
